We offer FREE standard shipping on Australian orders.

PROCESSING & DELIVERY

Orders are carefully processed before dispatch.

Please allow approximately 10–20 business days for delivery within Australia.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may occasionally take longer depending on your location, carrier conditions, public holidays, peak periods or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

TRACKING

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow some time after receiving your dispatch notification for tracking information to become active with the carrier.

PRIORITY PROCESSING

Optional Priority Processing is available for $8.00 at checkout.

Priority Processing means your order is prioritised for processing ahead of standard orders where available.

Priority Processing does not guarantee faster carrier transit or an earlier delivery date once your order has been dispatched.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

If you notice an error after ordering, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, we may not be able to change its delivery details.
